A division of Fabrication
Concepts, Inc., formed in the Summer of 2002, built upon
a partnership, utilizing the experience, and leadership of
two highly skilled past executives of Rhetech, Inc., a subsidiary
of Semitool, Inc.
Charles Brown, President, and former President
of Rhetech, Inc., with 28 years of experience in the field
of Semiconductor Manufacturing and Equipment Manufacturing.
James Trinkle, Vice President of Manufacturing and Design,
and former Manufacturing Manager of Rhetech,
Inc., with 13 years experience in the field of Semiconductor
Equipment Manufacturing.
What We Do …
Used Equipment Sales: Tell us what you are looking
for and if we don't have it in inventory, we will search our
vast database for a match.
Factory Type Repairs/Upgrades: Providing the same type
of service on both Semitool and Verteq equipment that you
expect from the factory at much lower prices.
Rotor Design, Manufacturing and Balancing: From building
to repairing, we can provide OEM type service at much lower
prices and shorter delivery.
Spare Part Sales: We offer the alternative to costly
OEM parts - Second Sourcing. With many years of experience
in building this equipment, we can provide duplicate parts
at a fraction of what the original part cost.
New Equipment Sales: We have the capability of
developing, customizing and manufacturing equipment to meet
your needs and requirements at prices far lower then any of
the industry leaders.
Where Are We Located …
Eastern Pennsylvania, approximately 1 hours North of
Philadelphia, with easy access from either the Lehigh Valley
International Airport or the Greater Philadelphia
Airport (both approximately 1 hour drive). Situated in a 17,000
sq ft. building on 9 acres of land with full manufacturing
capability of Fabrication

and clean room facilities to particle test and evaluate utilizing
a Tencor Surfscan.
